# My philosophy

I aim to help you feel love and acceptance about the person you are right now, while offering the freedom to explore the person you want to be. I want to help you make choices about where you want your life, love, and desires to go, and then I want to help you get there!

## My background

I am a Certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach, trained in the [Somatica® Method](https://www.somaticainstitute.com/somatica-philosophy/). I completed the rigorous and thorough Somatica®Core training, Somatica®Advanced training, & Somatica®Couples training to become a certified Coach. I continue to maintain my certification by assisting and group leading in the Somatica® trainings every year.

I have been an entrepreneur in Charleston, Sc for 20 years. After a devastating implosion of an 8 year long sexless relationship I began searching for answers. I felt like a failure in life and love. After completing the Somatica® trainings I learned that I am not a failure, everyone is different, and we all want different things in life, love, and relationships. I wanted to share what I learned with others so I began my coaching practice in 2016.

I am a mother to 6 children ranging in age from 24-17. I have 3 dogs, & 2 cats, so I am both a dog person and cat person! I want to share with you the valuable lessons and take aways I have learned, and continue to learn about Sex, Intimacy, & Relationships.
